Advanced Learning Program & Skill building (ALPS)

A community learning program of inclusive and engaging classes offering the unique opportunity to reach your peak learning potential.  Our goal is to learn a new skill or strengthen an existing skill while enjoying time with fellow community members of all ages and abilities. The ALPS Program offers new class modules every month focusing in the below areas of interest:


 Cooking - Creative Arts - Health & Wellness 

Recreation & Entertainment - Practical Technology

All classes hosted Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays at RWJ Wellness Center, 3100 Quakerbridge Rd Ha

New class modules are posted the month prior and have limited slots for non-members.  If you are not a member, submit an application! Contact us via email for more information. 


Membership Fees: 

Partial Membership... $199/month (up to 2 classes per week/ 8 per month)

Full Membership... $399/month (up to 4 classes per week/ 16 per month)


Non-Member Fee: $25/class

We offer one free day to each participant to try us out and make sure we are the right fit for you!

Please Note: Adults over the age of 21 who are enrolled under NJ DDD Community Care Waiver or Supports Program may submit for membership fees to be covered under Goods and Services. 


Any participant who is in need of personal assistance during our programs must be accompanied by a companion.  A nominal fee per class will be charged for companions wanting to participate in the class.
